NEWTON, IA (July 26, 2019) – The NASCAR Xfinity Series heads to Iowa Speedway for its second trip in 2019. Brandonbilt Motorsports will once again be a two-team effort with driver Brandon Brown racing the No. 86 Vero – True Social Chevrolet and NASCAR Next alumni Will Rodgers makes his National Series debut in the No. 68 American Liver Foundation Chevrolet.

While running 13th at Iowa in June, Brandon Brown had a catastrophic engine failure that ended his top-15 run prematurely. Following three-straight top-17’s Brown seems to have found his stride as the regular season closes out in the coming weeks. Rodgers will make the second start for the No. 68, which Brown drove to a 20th place finish at Charlotte in May. He said in an interview with Frontstretch’s Davey Segal “Everybody, in my opinion, make a big deal out of their debut. I don’t want to really.” He continued, “I just want to get that done. I feel comfortable there, it’s a very tough race track with a very tough field, but I’m confident we’ll be able to accomplish the goal we’re setting out to do.”
